Finally success! Thank you so much for going the extra mile. The problem here is that my flat is under a house and it seems that your couriers only attempted delivery to the house upstairs. I have experienced this problem before, although you would think that the big '2' above the door at the house and the fact that the address on the package is '1/86' might give them a hint! But picking it up from the PO worked. Today I can't log into my account here so thought at least this would get to you.
